Refund policy
Our products are custom made to your order specifications so please thorougly check your order is correct before making payment.
We cannot accept returns and do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom-made items that are not faulty. This is because these items are specifically made to your unique specifications and are not suitable for resale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 2 days after reception) at hello@gallivanterscc.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement, as applicable, and/or refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
To be eligible for a return for a faulty item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you purchase a gift card online, you have a 14 day cooling off period in which to cancel your purchase by emailing us at hello@gallivanterscc.com. This right to cancel expires as soon as the gift card is used, even partially. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
